REFUND POLICY
Pre-Orders
All items are produced in small batch runs on a pre-order basis. Because of this, we generally don't offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
We encourage you to check sizing, product details and descriptions carefully before placing your order. If you're unsure, get in touch - we're happy to help before you commit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrive faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we'll make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include the following information:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos where applicable
Once assessed, we'll arrange a replacement or refund in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act (NZ)
Return Shipping
Where a return is approved, return shipping costs will be covered if the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect.
Otherwise, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
