Pre-Orders
All our pieces are released on a pre-order basis.
Once the pre-order window closes, please allow up to 10 business days for production before your order is shipped. This slower approach lets us produce in small batches, avoiding unnecessary waste - keeping things sustainable.
We'll keep you in the loop if anything changes.
Shipping Timeframes
Once production is complete, orders are shipped via standard NZ courier services.
Typical delivery times:
North Island: 1-3 Business Days
South Island: 2-4 Business Days
These are estimates only and may vary depending on location, weather or courier delays.
Shipping Costs & Tracking
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
When your order leaves us, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details where available.

Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery times are out of our hands. We're not responsible for delays caused by our couriers or circumstances beyond our control - but if something feels off, reach out and we'll help where we can.
