General
This website is operated by DayOff. Throughout the site, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to DayOff.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately once posted to this page.
Products & Pre-Orders
All products are offered on a pre-order basis unless stated otherwise.
Once a pre-order window closes, orders move directly into production. Because of this:
- Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has begun
- Delivery timeframes include a production period of approximately 10 business days, followed by standard shipping times
Product images and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible, but slight variations in colour or finish may occur due to screen settings or production processes.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in NZD and include GST where applicable.
Payment must be received in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, though confirmed orders will not be affected.
Shipping
Shipping timeframes and costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery is outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather events, or other factors beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds
Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms.
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
Faulty or incorrect items will be handled in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act (NZ).
Accuracy of Information
We do our best to ensure all information on the site is accurate and up to date. However, we reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including imagery, text, logos, and designs — is the property of DayOff and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DayOff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand . Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
